Cancellation, No Show and Late Arrivals Policy:

I work hard to maximize my time so I can get everyone in for an appointment and have a strict 48 hour cancellation policy.
I understand that life happens, and while it's true that emergencies arise, please understand that the policy is designed to compensate the time when I am left without a client for the appointment they scheduled in my calendar.

I show up everyday to get your curls looking bouncier than ever and when you cancel with less than 48 hrs notice, it makes it hard to fill your spot that could be given to someone else who wanted to come in.
With less than 48 hours notice, you will be charged in accordance with the cancellation policy (posted below):
48 -25 hours: 50 % of reserved service
24 hours or less: 100% of reserved service
No Shows
If you do not show up to your appointment, it means I cannot offer your appointment time to someone else who is on the wait-list. If you no show you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service automatically through the online booking system.

Late Arrival
When you are late, it puts me behind and that affects all appointments after you. Any guest arriving more than 15mins after their scheduled time is not guaranteed all parts of their appointment can be completed, or even performed at all. If you arrive so late that I cannot perform the service, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled service. Please text me if you are running late at (619)431-0445
